(2) Detailed Requirements

Operating System

Your computer should have Microsoft Win 95, 98, 2000, NT or XP or Macintosh / Unix

Browser Options You will need to have Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or above or you will need Netscape Navigator6.x or above as your browser.

Adobe Acrobat Reader

The Acrobat Reader allows you to view and print your certificate after a successful completion of each course. Adobe Acrobat Reader also lets you fill in and submit forms online. Flash Player The flash player plug-in allows you to view streamed multimedia animation. Flash Player automatically comes with the browsers listed above. Shockwave Player Macromedia Shockwave Player displays destination web content such as interactive product training demos and e-merchandising applications. Computer Speed If you have dial up access, you the bottom right hand corner of your computer will tell you have fast your connection speed is. The connection speed needs to be 28.2 kbs in order to take this online course.

Download Browser You can download a recent version of either browser. Click here for Internet Explorer or here for Netscape Navigator.
